Andrew Aston – Managing Director

Andrew is the Managing Director of Morgan Consulting and has been since first establishing a Melbourne office in 1994. With 15+ years experience in executive search & selection, finance, information technology and operations management, Andrew still works hands-on in recruitment and Account Management for key Clients. Formerly a CFO and IT Manager, Andrew specialises in the recruitment of C-level executives, predominately into the finance and professional services sectors.

Angela Stringer – Operations Manager

Angela has over 20 years experience managing all facets of administration, finance, payroll, HR, project management and general business operations Australia-wide, Angela is at the heart of Morgan Consulting, responsible for the management and operations of the business as well as the Finance and Shared Services team. Bringing with her over 10 years of recruitment insight and processes, extensive knowledge of finance and a solid background in HR, Angela’s dedication and genuine, honest nature encourages and motivates all staff at Morgan Consulting to achieve their goals and to be the very best in this competitive industry.

Leigh Rowbottom – General Manager (Melbourne CBD Office)

Leigh has developed a strong market reputation with over 12 years of Technical recruitment knowledge. Illustrating a proven track record of successful service provision and building strong relationships with many of Australia’s most recognisable employers, Leigh’s extensive networks across the Construction, Resources and Engineering sectors , coupled with his strong social media presence has lead to successful placements of CEO’s, Project Development Directors, Operations Managers and General Managers, just to name a few. With a strong underlying passion for the recruitment industry, Leigh is responsible for leading the Melbourne office of Morgan Consulting, which consists of a number of specialist practice groups including; Technical & Operations, Accounting & Finance, Business Support, Sales & Marketing, Retail, Engineering, Insurance, Medical & Healthcare and Executive. In addition to leading the Melbourne office, Leigh also conducts many executive recruitment assignments, has practice group responsibility for the Technical & Operations division and manages many key client relationships. Tireless, honest and persistent, Leigh offers a responsive and informative client management approach with high levels of quality customer service.

Louisa Hinchen – General Manager (Brisbane Office)

Louisa has extensive experience within the general recruitment arena and is a highly proven Executive Search Specialist. Louisa’s drive and high energy, coupled with her ability to think laterally and commitment to delivering quality outcomes has all supported her enviable success in the Executive Search Market. Louisa is known for utilising her broad range of networks whilst also employing her extensive knowledge of social media to source a wide range of candidates throughout the passive market. Louisa brings with her 22 years of national recruitment expertise across the industry and as a result, boasts an enviable network of industry contacts. A broad overview of Louisa's role as General Manager is to sustain a national strategic approach.  She is to engage the people, protect the client base, develop new opportunities and ensure a consistent delivery of service is sustained across the country.  Quality, delivery of budgets and people development are her key areas of responsibility.

Leon Cutler – General Manager (Wheelers Hill Office)

Leon has been recruiting executive, professional and support Accounting staff across the Asia Pacific region from a base in the Melbourne market since 1996.  He has worked with global organisations through to SME’s, recruiting key finance personnel and managing qualified contractors and project professionals.  As an ex-Accountant, he understands the technical aspects of this discipline and has an established network of candidates and clients to best source for challenging assignments. As General Manager, Leon's role is to lead and develop the teams across Accounting, Business Support, Information Technology and Sales & Marketing whilst still working hands on with clients across Accounting, Human Resources and corporate functions.
