With over eight years of experience specialising in Cyber Security and Infrastructure recruitment, Tom brings deep industry knowledge and an energetic approach to connecting top talent with leading organisations.

Tom’s career began in sales after graduating from university, and after a three-month adventure through South America, he landed in Australia ready for his next challenge — which turned out to be recruitment. Since then, he’s built a strong track record across technical and leadership roles including Service Desk, Security Operations, Cloud Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, GRC/Risk, and IT Leadership.

He joined Morgan Consulting for its strong brand reputation, supportive team culture, and the opportunity to work with a wide client base in a dynamic and growing sector.

Driven by a passion for building a great future for himself, his partner Hannah, and their Toy Cavoodle, Lenny, Tom is known for his funny, positive, and enthusiastic nature — qualities that make him a valued member of the Morgan team.
