Morgan Consulting is partnering with a well-regarded Not-for-Profit aged care organisation based in Blackburn, who are currently seeking two experienced Administration Officers to support the team during a busy project period.
These are full-time roles offered initially on a 2-month contract, with the potential to extend depending on project requirements and performance. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a values-driven organisation making a genuine impact in the aged care sector.
The Role Working within a fast-paced aged care environment, you will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. The roles require strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and confidence working under pressure.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing general administration support across the team
- Managing data entry, records and documentation accurately
- Supporting internal stakeholders with day-to-day admin tasks
- Assisting with project-related administration as required
- Responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining confidentiality and compliance within an aged care setting
- Previous administration experience, ideally within aged care, health or not-for-profit
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- A focused, proactive and reliable work ethic
- Confident communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Availability to commence immediately or at short notice
- Two full-time contract opportunities
