Digital Marketing | Service & Lead Generation Focus

My client is a results‑focused digital marketing agency that helps service‑based companies find their next customer by driving meaningful online traffic and building high‑converting websites. They don’t chase vanity metrics, only the numbers that matter, such as revenue. Their customers are established businesses ready to move from six to seven figures and often reach out when word of mouth growth stalls, doing it all themselves becomes too time‑consuming, or they’re ready to replace their current agency.

This role is fully remote, so you’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Melbourne while still being an integral part of a dynamic and imaginative team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and technical advertising support via community forums, video calls and live workshops.
  • Coach clients on digital ad strategies, focusing on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Manage a small portfolio of client ad accounts, ensuring high performance and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales and client success teams to identify upsell and retention opportunities.
  • Support virtual workshops with breakout coaching and campaign reviews.
  • Gather and track client satisfaction and performance metrics.

Ideal Candidate
  • Strong experience in performance marketing and lead generation, ideally within an agency or service‑based setting.
  • Confident communicator able to translate technical advertising concepts into practical business strategies.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working remotely in a creative culture.
  • Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Previous coaching or client-facing experience is a plus.

Benefits & Package
  • Base salary of $80,000–$100,000 + superannuation.
  • 6.75% commission on revenue collected from assigned clients.
