Ad Specialist – Fully Remote (Melbourne-based)
Digital Marketing | Service & Lead Generation Focus

My client is a results-driven digital marketing company that helps service-based businesses scale beyond word-of-mouth by teaching them how to run effective Meta and Google Ads. They don’t just manage campaigns — they empower their clients through hands-on training, practical support, and proven frameworks to generate consistent, high-quality leads online. Their customers are established business owners ready to take control of their marketing, those who’ve outgrown DIY ads or want to move on from underperforming agencies. The company’s culture is creative, curious, and collaborative. They value experimentation, continuous learning, and sharing real-world results. This role is fully remote but Melbourne-based, giving you the flexibility to work from home while still joining in-person team sessions, events, and workshops as required.

Role Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and technical ad support through community forums, video calls, and live workshops.
  • Coach clients on digital advertising strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Manage a small number of client accounts, ensuring performance, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales and client success teams to identify upsell and training opportunities.
  • Support workshops by delivering breakout coaching and reviewing campaigns.
  • Track and analyse client outcomes, engagement, and satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate
  • Must be Melbourne-based with full working rights in Australia.
  • Solid experience in performance marketing and lead generation (agency or client-side).
  • Confident communicator who can translate technical ad concepts into practical business strategies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in a remote yet collaborative environment.
  • Prior experience in training, coaching, or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
