About the roles:
We have multiple temporary assignments available, ranging from short-term coverage to longer contracts. Key responsibilities can include:
- Managing reception and front-of-house duties
- Providing administrative support to managers and teams
- Data entry and database management
- Preparing correspondence and documents
- Coordinating meetings, travel, and diary management
- Assisting with projects and general office support
- Previous administration experience (minimum 2–3 years)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Confident with MS Office Suite and general computer systems
- A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
