About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Branch Administrator to join the Adelaide team and play a key role in supporting service and sales operations across South Australia.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in a service-based environment such as automotive, forklift, heavy equipment, machinery, or a similar industry where ongoing maintenance and servicing are critical to customer operations. You will be a proactive and organised professional who enjoys working with customers, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Working closely with the service and sales teams, you will coordinate customer maintenance schedules, support service operations, and provide vital administrative assistance to ensure the branch runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduled servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities for customers across South Australia.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure equipment service requirements are met.
- Raise and manage job cards and service documentation.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide outstanding customer support.
- Prepare and issue quotations for service work and spare parts.
- Coordinate spare parts orders and availability.
- Process invoices and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Maintain service schedules and customer information.
- Provide general administrative support to the branch as required.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous experience in an administration, service coordination, or customer support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
