to lead the development of new service lines, strengthen customer relationships, and drive commercial success across Australia and New Zealand. The successful applicant will play a key role in expanding non-container service offerings, building strategic partnerships, and shaping innovative workforce models that deliver value in a fast-moving, competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and growth of workforce and non-container services within the supply chain and logistics sector.
- Build and deepen customer networks to increase market reach and new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective commercial models to sell and scale new services.
- Apply best-practice labour and productivity strategies to optimise yield in low-margin markets.
- Identify and evaluate adjacent markets for diversification and growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity creation through to negotiation and contract execution.
- Design and execute pricing strategies to maximise profitability and competitiveness.
- Proven experience in business development or commercial management, ideally within logistics, labour hire, or industrial services.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen with a track record of delivering growth.
- Deep understanding of workforce models, productivity, and labour cost optimisation.
- Excellent relationship management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capture new market opportunities.
- Salary up to $190,000 + superannuation.
