About the Role

As Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving their commercial growth and expanding our market presence both domestically and globally. You will identify and secure new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. This is a high-impact role for a proactive professional who thrives on innovation, autonomy, and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within the HVACR and oil-free chiller sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and leadership teams to align strategies with growth objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
  • Represent the organisation at trade shows, networking events, and client presentations.
  • Contribute to the ongoing global expansion and success of their operations.
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, ideally within HVACR or related engineering industries.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  • Knowledge of oil-free chiller technologies is highly regarded.
