About the Role

designed for a strategic, results-oriented professional ready to take ownership of growth across Food Service, Independent Store, and Export
channels.
As the Business Manager, you will be the driving force behind their market expansion — identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and executing business plans that deliver strong commercial outcomes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to build the next chapter of success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food service, independent retail, and export markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, and industry stakeholders.
- Create and implement strategic sales and growth plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
- Lead commercial negotiations and secure profitable long-term agreements.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure outstanding product delivery and service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy and identify emerging opportunities.
- Proven track record in business development within food service, hospitality, independent retail, or export sectors.
- Strong industry networks and established relationships that can be leveraged immediately.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen including pricing strategy, margin management, and P&L accountability.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a passion for growth and innovation.
- Strong presentation and relationship management capabilities.
- Knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and supply chain processes will be highly regarded.
