The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Business Transformation Lead will act as the delivery lead across multiple client engagements, overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives across operations, finance, HR, customer experience and automation. You will become the primary point of contact for clients following onboarding, translating strategic recommendations into practical action plans while coordinating specialist resources to ensure projects remain on track and aligned to business objectives.
The role combines consulting, project leadership, stakeholder management and operational transformation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and genuine client impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end client transformation projects from onboarding through to completion.
- Translating strategic recommendations into structured project plans, timelines and delivery roadmaps.
- Acting as the primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout implementation.
- Building and improving customer experience journeys, operational workflows and scalable business processes.
- Managing and coordinating specialist teams across automation, finance, HR and documentation.
- Identifying risks, removing roadblocks and maintaining project momentum.
- Driving accountability across clients and internal teams to ensure delivery outcomes are achieved.
- Supporting continuous improvement of internal delivery frameworks, systems and methodologies.
- Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timeframes and aligned to strategic objectives.
