The Opportunity

Following completion of a strategic growth program, selected clients engage a dedicated scale team to implement operational improvements across sales, operations, finance, HR and automation.
The Business Transformation Lead owns this delivery. You will take full accountability for translating strategy into structured execution — ensuring projects are delivered on time, aligned to the strategic vision, and commercially effective.
This is a critical role within the business. Not a large corporate leadership position, but a highly important delivery ownership role with real client impact.
About the Role
You will manage multiple client transformation projects concurrently, typically delivered across structured 4–6 month implementation cycles. Once onboarding is complete, you become the primary point of contact for the client — responsible for maintaining delivery momentum, driving accountability and ensuring implementation stays aligned to strategic objectives. You will work closely with senior strategists, review strategic direction, and translate recommendations into practical, structured project plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Strategy & Project Delivery – You will own end-to-end delivery of client transformation projects from onboarding through to completion, translating strategic direction into clear project plans and timelines. You’ll proactively identify risks and remove roadblocks to ensure all projects stay on track and are delivered within structured 4–6 month timeframes.
- Process & Operational Improvement – You will build and refine customer experience journeys and improve core business processes across sales, operations, finance, HR and automation. Your focus will be on designing scalable systems that support growth while keeping processes simple, efficient and easy to execute.
- Execution Oversight – You will coordinate onshore and offshore execution specialists, breaking strategy into clear deliverables and overseeing implementation quality. You’ll maintain accountability across all workstreams to ensure timelines, standards and outcomes are consistently met.
- Client Ownership – You will act as the primary point of contact for clients post-onboarding, running regular progress sessions and implementation check-ins. You’ll manage expectations, scope and delivery momentum while providing clear, structured updates throughout each project.
- Continuous Improvement – You will continuously improve internal delivery frameworks, SOPs and execution playbooks, strengthening internal handovers and systems to support scalable, high-quality client outcomes.
You will bring experience from corporate operations, consulting, transformation or process improvement environments.
You are structured, commercially aware and confident owning delivery outcomes.
