Working closely with Technology, Finance, and senior stakeholders, you will translate technical requirements into commercial outcomes, optimise spend, and embed best-practice procurement across a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting into senior procurement leadership, you will be responsible for:
- Partner with stakeholders to understand demand, cost drivers, and technology roadmaps
- Develop and execute category strategies across software, cloud, telecommunications, and services
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activity including negotiations and contract execution
- Drive cost optimisation and commercial outcomes across the IT portfolio
- Manage supplier performance and contract lifecycle activities
- Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance across procurement activity
- Provide market insight and support business case development
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in IT procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing
- Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation capability
- Experience across software, cloud, telecommunications, or IT services
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate autonomously
- Track record delivering cost savings and commercial outcomes
