About the Role
This is a hands-on Claims & Insurance Officer role, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to manage insurance claims from start to finish. The position will also involve estimation responsibilities, so experience within estimating or costing within construction or property is essential.
You will play a key role in assessing claims, preparing cost estimates, liaising with insurers and ensuring projects are tracked and delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Prepare and review estimates for repair and reinstatement works
- Liaise with insurers, clients, trades and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and track progress of claims and associated works
- Maintain accurate documentation and system updates
- Support project delivery by ensuring costs and timelines are aligned
About You
- Previous experience in insurance claims within construction, property or a similar environment
- Strong estimation or costing experience is essential
- Experience using Simpro (or similar job management systems) highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
