- Client Services Coordinator – ideal for someone with strong ASIC and ATO compliance knowledge who enjoys liaising with clients and managing corporate processes.
- Administration Assistant – perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on organisation, support work, and keeping the practice running smoothly.
- Manage ASIC corporate compliance, including annual statements, incorporations, and company changes
- Coordinate ATO lodgements, notices, and correspondence
- Support Partners with workflow coordination and client documentation
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, resolving queries and ensuring an excellent experience
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Partners and the wider team
- Prepare, format, and lodge ASIC and ATO documents
- Manage correspondence, filing, and database maintenance
- Assist with onboarding and engagement paperwork
- Be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
- Experience within a public practice accounting firm (essential)
- Knowledge of ASIC and ATO processes
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service focus
- Proficiency in practice management software will be highly regarded
- Salary packages between $70,000 – $90,000 (depending on role and experience)
