This is a varied role where no two days look the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, supporting them with enquiries, account administration and day-to-day service needs, while helping maintain the high standards expected in a trusted and professional setting.
Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll play an important role in ensuring clients receive a responsive, polished and professional experience across every interaction. This is a hands-on position combining customer service, administration, relationship management and operational support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound phone calls, emails and client enquiries
- Assisting clients in person, over the phone and via email
- Setting up new client accounts and processing payments
- Managing renewals, records and ongoing account administration
- Supporting client enquiries relating to purchases, sales and holdings
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate documentation
- Conducting client tours and presenting services to prospective customers
- Completing outbound calls to potential and existing clients
- Assisting with overdue account follow-up where required
- Managing insurance records and issuing certificates
- Coordinating office and site maintenance requirements
- Liaising with internal teams including Finance, IT and Marketing, as well as external suppliers
- Completing compliance and identification checks in line with internal processes
You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous experience in administration, client services or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A professional and polished presentation style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence dealing with clients face-to-face and over the phone
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt in a changing environment
- A self-motivated approach and willingness to go above and beyond
