Our client, a highly regarded Australian business operating within a specialised luxury product and manufacturing environment is seeking a Client Services Executive to join its collaborative and fast-paced operations team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and administration experience who enjoys being hands-on, working across both client interaction and operational support in a dynamic environment. You will become a key point of contact for customers while supporting the end-to-end order and dispatch process.

Reporting to the Inventory & Supply Chain Manager, you will work closely with internal departments including operations, production and stock control to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient processing of orders.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
• Processing orders, quotations, invoicing and dispatch documentation
• Supporting showroom and retail sales activities as required
• Completing pick/pack duties and coordinating daily dispatch requirements
• Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM information
• Assisting with stock management, stocktakes and inventory coordination
• Providing high-quality administrative support across the client services function
• Supporting payment processing, quality checking and order tracking activities
• Maintaining a professional and organised front-of-house environment
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations and delivery timeframes are met

To be successful, you will bring:
• Previous experience within customer service, retail, showroom, sales support or administration environments
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• A proactive, hands-on and team-oriented approach
• Confidence communicating with customers and stakeholders at all levels
• The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Solid computer literacy across Microsoft Office and CRM/order systems
• Experience within jewellery, luxury retail, manufacturing or product-based businesses will be highly regarded
