About the Role
As a Client Service Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers and members, ensuring their experience is seamless, professional, and empathetic. You’ll handle a mix of client interactions, application and claims processing, and administrative support — all while working closely with an experienced and supportive team that values initiative and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and general advice to clients and members
  • Process applications, claims, and policy transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with care and professionalism
  • Maintain detailed and compliant member records
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams on key projects and initiatives
  • Support process improvement and contribute to team success
About You

You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and naturally people-focused. You take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a collaborative, values-driven team.

You’ll bring:
  • Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or a regulated industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
