Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for referral partners and clients when the BDM is on the road
• Efficiently triage and resolve client enquiries via phone and email with a warm, professional approach
• Manage CRM data and client activity records in Microsoft Dynamics
• Produce tailored reports and insights using Garradin (
essential to the role)
• Prepare materials and documentation to support BDM meetings, travel, and events
• Follow up post-meetings to ensure outcomes and next steps are completed
• Coordinate client onboarding, check-ins, and training sessions via phone or video
• Maintain and update client support documentation, guides, and training logs
About You
You bring calm, structure, and proactive thinking to busy, fast-moving environments. Whether you’re solving client queries or pulling together complex reports, you take ownership and deliver with care and attention to detail. You are confident working independently and supporting a mobile, dynamic team.
What We’re Looking For
• 3 to 5+ years in client services, operations, or sales support roles
• Hands-on experience with Garradin (essential)
• Confidence with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
• Warm, professional phone manner and clear, effective written communication
• Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or regulated environments is a plus
