What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members through regular engagement and follow-up.
- Celebrate wins, share stories, and keep the community connected and motivated.
- Identify renewal and growth opportunities through consistent communication.
- Attend live events and workshops to meet members and capture success stories.
- Collaborate with the wider team to drive retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
