The opportunity in this role, you will work across customer service, logistics coordination and inventory support. Day to day you’ll:
- Act as the main contact for customer orders, delivery updates and invoicing queries
- Process orders accurately and manage the order lifecycle through dispatch and delivery
- Liaise daily with 3PL providers, transport companies and internal stakeholders
- Support the sales team with customer and stock enquiries
- Monitor delivery status, resolve delays and update customers proactively
- Assist with invoice checks, cost reconciliation and administration tasks
- Support basic stock and inventory reconciliation activities
- Identify process gaps and contribute to improvements across operations
About You They are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, transport or manufacturing (non-negotiable)
- Strong customer service and order management skills
- Experience working with 3PL providers or transport companies
- Strong attention to detail, especially around pricing, orders and invoicing
- Confidence managing customer issues and providing clear updates
- Good systems skills (ERP/WMS experience highly regarded)
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to jump in where needed
- 3-week temporary assignment with real potential to become permanent
- Open to candidates seeking permanent roles immediately
