About the Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customers from initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing customer orders and quotes accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining customer records and product information within the CRM/ERP system
- Coordinating deliveries and communicating order updates to customers
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with customer product specifications and documentation
- Monitoring inventory levels and customer stock requirements
- Investigating and resolving customer queries in a professional manner
- Collaborating closely with production, warehouse, administration, and sales teams
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Internal Sales, or Order Processing
- Strong administrative and data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within manufacturing, packaging, logistics, supply chain, or industrial environments will be highly regarded
- Confidence using CRM, ERP, or business management systems
