Customer Solutions Representative – MSP

Work as a Customer Solutions Representative (IT Support) with strong Microsoft expertise to support and deliver solutions across diverse client environments. You’ll play a key role in managing infrastructure, delivering projects, and driving automation in a fast-paced MSP setting.
Duties:
- Administer and support Windows Server (2008–2019+), Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
- Manage Exchange, Office 365, SQL Server, and Intune environments.
- Use RMM/PSA tools (Datto RMM, AutoTask) for monitoring, proactive maintenance, and ticket resolution.
- Implement endpoint security, compliance, and patch management strategies.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, VBS, and SQL.
- (Nice to have) Deliver projects such as Intune rollouts and on-prem to cloud migrations (Azure/M365).
- (Nice to have) Support VMware, Dell EMC, Nutanix, and Veeam backup solutions.
- 2+ years’ experience in systems/infrastructure or desktop engineering (MSP experience preferred).
- Strong skills in Microsoft environments: AD, Azure AD, O365, Intune, Windows Server.
- Hands-on knowledge of VMware, Dell EMC, Nutanix, Veeam (preferred).
- Experience with RMM/PSA tools (Datto RMM, AutoTask) highly desirable.
- Proficiency in scripting/automation (PowerShell essential).
- Understanding of backup, DR, and security compliance frameworks.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- ITIL V4 Foundation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
