About the Role

An established and growing cybersecurity services provider is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive net‑new revenue across cybersecurity and managed services.

This is a full‑cycle sales role focused on generating and converting new business, building a repeatable pipeline, and delivering a high‑quality client experience. You will sell risk‑led, outcomes‑based cybersecurity solutions to mid‑market and enterprise customers, supported by strong technical and delivery teams.

The business operates a profitable, recurring‑revenue model, invests heavily in staff and innovation, and is developing an AI‑driven cybersecurity platform that will shape its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a healthy, stage‑balanced sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets
  • Own end‑to‑end sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Execute a structured territory and prospecting plan, including outbound activity and events
  • Deliver value‑based presentations and solution demonstrations
  • Translate cybersecurity risks into clear business outcomes for customers
  • Act as the client advocate, owning escalations and coordinating internal teams
  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene (pipeline accuracy, forecasting, reporting cadence)
  • Use AI tools responsibly to improve prospecting, research, and communication efficiency

What You Bring
  • 4+ years’ experience in consultative B2B sales
  • Proven success selling cybersecurity, IT services, or managed services
  • Strong prospecting, pipeline creation, and territory management skills
  • Ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Confident negotiation and closing capability
  • High level of commercial discipline and accountability
  • Experience working with CRM systems and forecast‑driven sales environments
  • Ethical judgement when handling sensitive data and emerging AI tools
Why Join
  • Financially stable, profitable business with recurring revenue
  • Strong emphasis on quality, ethics, and long‑term relationships
  • Investment in innovation, including AI‑enabled cybersecurity solutions
  • Supportive sales environment with realistic targets and delivery backing
  • Opportunity to play a key role in a growing cybersecurity platform organisation
