We’re working with a well-established national retail group to recruit a Data Entry Administrator into their Melbourne-based team. This is a fantastic entry-level or early-career role for someone who’s confident with data, highly organised, and looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow.
About the Role:
This is a busy and varied administration position, supporting the in-house database that manages product, pricing, promotional, and supplier information across hundreds of retail stores.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, following set processes, and liaising with both internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of weekly host files.
It’s a great opportunity to step into a retail support role that blends admin, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination, perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Enter and manage product, promotion, and supplier data using internal systems
- Liaise with vendors and retailers to support onboarding and updates
- Generate and distribute host files on a weekly basis
- Respond to queries via phone and email
- Support the broader team with process improvements and reporting
