The Opportunity: Reporting directly to the Group IT Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day support, administration, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) platform.
This is a highly visible role where you will partner closely with key business units - including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Procurement, and Operations - to ensure system stability, drive user adoption, and deliver functional enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- D365 F&O Support:
Provide high-quality Level 1–2 technical and functional support across the D365 environment.
- Troubleshooting & Resolution:
Diagnose and resolve ERP issues across production control, inventory, manufacturing, warehousing, and finance modules.
- System Administration:
Manage user access, security roles, custom workflows, permissions, and overall data integrity.
- Continuous Improvement:
Identify process bottlenecks and collaborate with business units to streamline workflows, reporting, and configuration.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Liaison:
Act as the primary internal contact for ERP support, translating operational business needs into practical D365 solutions while coordinating with external vendors when required.
- Reporting & Documentation:
Support business reporting using D365, Power BI, and Excel, and maintain up-to-date SOPs and training guides.
- Proven D365 Admin Experience:
Demonstrated success in supporting and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Module Expertise:
Hands-on experience across core modules, specifically Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, Production Control, and Warehouse Management.
- Industry Background:
Experience working within manufacturing, packaging, FMCG, or supply chain-driven environments is highly regarded.
- Technical Toolkit:
Strong understanding of user security, ERP ticket management, and data governance. Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, or broader Microsoft ecosystem tools is a distinct advantage.
- Communication:
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
