About the Role

Due to ongoing business growth, we are seeking an Electronics Security Manager to join an expanding team in QLD. This newly created role will see you leading and supporting our Supervisors, Team Leaders and Technicians, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and customer service excellence. This role is 95% office-based, with occasional site visits (approx. 5%) for check-ins, surveys, and project oversight. Monthly travel may be required on a sporadic, project-led basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Technicians, fostering collaboration and team success
• Provide technical guidance and advice on Electronic Security and Access Control systems
• Oversee projects, including scope of works, variations, and delivery outcomes
• Manage and optimise workflows using job systems (e.g. Simpro, Dynamics or similar)
• Ensure a high standard of communication, both written and verbal, across all levels – internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Handle escalations and customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction remains the top priority
• Support continuous business growth by delivering high-quality service and strong leadership

• Strong technical background in Electronic Security and Access Control systems
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to unite and motivate a team
• Hands-on experience using job management systems (Simpro, Dynamics or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project management experience, with an eye for detail around scope of works and variations
• Customer-focused, with maturity and professionalism in handling challenges and complaints
• Willingness to travel monthly (project-based)
