As the Executive Assistant to a senior member of the leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while supporting the organisation’s strategic goals. The executive you’ll be supporting manages multiple high-priority initiatives, and this role demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Oversee a complex and fast-paced calendar, arranging meetings and preparing agendas in advance.
- Confidential Support: Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining clear and efficient communication across the leadership team.
- Travel Coordination: Organise and manage travel arrangements, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail in a busy schedule.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact both internal and external.
- Project Assistance: Assist with strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant ideally within property development, financial services, or real estate.
- Organised and Efficient: You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities and staying ahead in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Strong Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with people at all levels, internally and externally.
