We’re partnering with a prominent organisation in the Australian property services sector, recognised for its innovative approach to residential development and providing investment solutions through property funds. As the Executive Assistant to a senior member of the leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while supporting the organisation’s strategic goals. The executive you’ll be supporting manages multiple high-priority initiatives, and this role demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You’ll need to be exceptionally organised, able to adapt to a constantly evolving calendar, and anticipate needs before they arise, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Oversee a complex and fast-paced calendar, arranging meetings and preparing agendas in advance.
  • Confidential Support: Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining clear and efficient communication across the leadership team.
  • Travel Coordination: Organise and manage travel arrangements, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail in a busy schedule.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact both internal and external.
  • Project Assistance: Assist with strategic initiatives and special projects.
About You
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant ideally within property development, financial services, or real estate.
  • Organised and Efficient: You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities and staying ahead in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with people at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and can quickly learn new software and systems.
  • Detail-Oriented: You pride yourself on accuracy and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring all tasks are executed flawlessly.
  • Proactive: You anticipate the needs of your executive and stay on top of things, even when the pace gets hectic.

Why Join? This is a fantastic opportunity to support a senior executive in a dynamic, fast-moving organisation at the forefront of both property development and property funds management in Australia. If you thrive in a busy, ever-changing environment and are excited by the chance to contribute to an industry that shapes communities and drives investment, this is the perfect role for you.
