You’ll be trusted to protect his time and maximise his output, enabling the business to continue its exciting trajectory of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level support to the Managing Director, including calendar, inbox, and travel management.
- Coordinate workshops, events, and related logistics.
- Oversee team travel arrangements and assist with event setup.
- Maintain systems, dashboards, and key reports to ensure smooth operations.
- Support internal projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist with onboarding and coordination of new team members.
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures for recurring tasks.
- Anticipate the needs of the Managing Director and proactively address potential issues.
- Provide flexible support across both business and personal requirements when needed.
Ideal Candidate
- A proven hardworking overachiever, ideally demonstrated through achievements outside of work (e.g., competitive sport or similar pursuits).
- Strong background in event coordination or high-pressure environments (hospitality, corporate events, entertainment, etc.).
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple urgent priorities at once.
- Resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure when plans or directions change.
- A detail-driven problem solver who takes pride in ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Work directly with an entrepreneurial Managing Director and Founder during a pivotal growth phase.
