Key Responsibilities
- Full proactive diary and email management
- Preparing meeting papers, briefs, reports and correspondence
- Coordinating meetings, agendas and follow-ups
- Organising domestic travel and logistics
- Supporting workshops, events and CEO-related activities
- Managing expenses, purchase orders and general administration
- Communicating professionally with a broad range of stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience supporting a CEO or senior executive
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High level of professionalism, discretion and judgement
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in fast-paced settings
- Strong Microsoft Office capability
