About the company:
Our client is a leading supplier of engine power components, providing OEM spares and components diesel and gas engines, turbochargers, separators, as well a range of other mechanical parts.
The role:
Reporting into the Head of Exports, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining exports for key clients across APAC:
- Act as the main contact for customer enquiries and export orders.
- Create and manage sales orders in the system
- Track export sales orders and manage back orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams including; customer service, finance and external distributors and freight forwarders
- Prepare picking slips for warehouse processing.
- Arrange international shipments and prepare necessary export documents.
- Compile documents for monthly internal audits.
- Review and approve freight and logistics invoices based on agreed rates/quotes.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong relationships
About you:
To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- 1-3 years export experience
- A customer centric attitude
- A Logistics qualification will be seen as an advantage
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
