Key Responsibilities
Reporting through to the business owners, you will be accountable for the following:
- Own and execute the growth strategy (SME → enterprise)
- Lead sales pipeline, proposals, pricing and commercial negotiations
- Oversee consulting delivery and client outcomes
- Build scalable frameworks, systems and internal ops
- Lead leaders across consulting, sales, operations, people & events
- Drive KPIs across revenue, margins, utilisation and delivery quality
- Support hiring and building a high-performance team
About You
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Senior leadership experience in consulting / professional services / growth-led businesses
- Proven success scaling a service business (7 figures → 8 figures)
- Commercially sharp, execution-focused, and operationally strong
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with direct accountability
