We are exclusively partnered with a leading partner-powered financial services organisation as they look to secure their next Head of Growth- a pivotal opportunity to join a leading non-for profit organisation as their undergo a significant programme of transformation. As the Head of Growth, you will own and drive the end-to-end growth strategy across distribution partnerships, product positioning, CRM, campaign delivery, and insight-led marketing. The role requires a self-starter who can lead from strategy through to execution—building capability, commercial rigour, and scalable growth engines from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible for:
- Leading delivery of a three-year strategic growth road-map (FY26–FY28), focused on multi-channel distribution
- Define and own product positioning, translating vision into clear journeys for partners and members
- Develop and deploy CRM campaigns, on-boarding flows, and data-led engagement strategies
- Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver campaigns, partner enablement, and reporting
- Act as product champion internally and externally—leading content, education, reporting and collateral
- Build and maintain dashboards and insight templates to track pipeline, engagement, and inflows
- Guide internal alignment across CRM, marketing work-flows, and partner journeys
- Run weekly stand-ups, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations to support continuous improvement
- Contribute to portal development, automation planning, and go-to-market design for new partner channels
- Drive insight-led storytelling and communications that reflect purpose and drive meaningful engagement
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following experience and aptitude:
- 7+ years of experience in strategic growth, product, partnerships or marketing roles
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in inflow growth, campaign management, and CRM optimisation
- Experience designing and delivering scalable marketing operations or partner programs in lean environments
- Confident working across strategy, analytics, content and distribution without large internal teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—across technical, executive and external audiences
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics), campaign tools, and data visualisation/reporting
- Background in financial services, mutuals, superannuation, insurance, fintech or other regulated sectors preferred
- Demonstrated ability to launch new channels, build marketing foundations, and drive partner performance
Three-Year Strategic Vision (FY26–FY28):
- Launch of targeted, insight-led campaigns across priority partner channels
- Development of CRM onboarding and engagement work-flows with 90% internal adoption
- Onboarding of new distribution partners and measurable uplift in inflows
- Establishment of internal dashboards and campaign reporting frameworks
- Defined go-to-market strategy and collateral for new investment or education-aligned product channels
- Clear performance metrics and growth KPIs embedded in monthly executive and board reporting
- Transition from single-product to multi-channel financial services delivery
- CRM integration with campaign automation and data-driven partner engagement
- Scalable reporting, platform development, and portal readiness for self-service partner journeys
- Launch of new distribution channels aligned to investment, education and life-stage solutions
- Sustainable inflow growth across all product lines with clear commercial attribution
