We’re partnering with a highly regarded consulting firm that is currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to step into a 4-day-per-week contract role through to November.

Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you’ll work across a range of initiatives including policy, compliance, ER, and strategic workforce planning.
The opportunity includes:
- Reviewing and managing flexible work requests
- Supporting the organisation’s approach to the Right to Disconnect
- Providing employee relations advice and contributing to policy development
- Supporting WGEA reporting, psychosocial risk strategies, and WHS compliance
- Exploring benefits such as purchased leave and employer-subsidised childcare
- Assisting with internship programs and induction
- Developing and delivering HR-related training sessions and materials
- Supporting leader onboarding and development initiatives
- Contributing to broader “Future of Work” strategies
- Proven experience in a generalist HRBP or Senior HR Advisor role
- Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act and modern awards
- Confidence in handling employee relations matters and developing policy
- Clear, professional communication skills
