Full-Time | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Leave Cover)
Morgan Consulting is partnering with a well-established Public Practice Accounting firm to recruit an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave.

The Role Reporting to the Business Manager, the HR Coordinator will support the smooth and compliant operation of people processes across the firm. You will work closely with leaders and staff to deliver effective recruitment, employee lifecycle support, training coordination and workplace compliance, while contributing to a positive and engaged workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, including job ads, screening, interview scheduling and reference checks
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and system access is completed accurately
- Assisting with performance review cycles, documentation and record keeping
- Coordinating staff training and maintaining training and compliance records
- Managing employee leave requests and maintaining accurate records
- Maintaining HR policies, procedures and employee records in line with legislation
- Supporting workplace health and safety compliance, including documentation and reporting
- Assisting with team events, internal communications and culture initiatives
- Responding to general HR queries in a professional and confidential manner
- Previous experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or similar
- Sound understanding of HR processes, employment legislation and compliance
- Experience supporting recruitment and employee lifecycle activities
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exposure to WHS coordination is advantageous
