What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with leadership to drive effective people strategies aligned with business goals
• Providing support and advice on all people matters including performance, behaviour, and development
• Leading and improving HR processes and policies across the employee lifecycle
• Managing employee relations and ensuring fair, consistent practices across the business
• Overseeing compliance, award interpretation, and workplace legislation requirements
• Supporting managers through performance reviews and guiding them through tough conversations when needed
• Working with other departments to support a positive and safe working environment

• Proven experience in a HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role
• Confident in interpreting awards, advising on employment matters, and leading ER cases
• Comfortable managing policy, systems, and driving process improvements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and guide
• Professional, level-headed, and solutions-focused
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
