We are partnering with a well-established education organisation seeking an HR Officer to join their Human Resources team. The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will play a key role in supporting a broad range of HR activities including:
- Recruitment and onboarding administration
- Preparing employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation
- Maintaining employee records and HR systems
- Supporting performance management and employee relations processes
- Assisting with HR projects, policies, and compliance initiatives
- Responding to employee enquiries and providing first-line HR support
- Monitoring and managing a shared HR inbox
- Supporting learning and development activities
About You
- Previous experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or a similar role
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Understanding of Fair Work, Modern Awards, and employment legislation
- HR qualification or currently studying HR, Business, or a related discipline
