  • Develop and implement HR policies, performance management, and training programs
  • Review employment terms and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards
  • Provide support with employee relations matters and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate staff surveys and support ongoing capability development
Occupational Health & Safety

  • Maintain and update OHS policies and representative registers (First Aiders, Fire Wardens etc.)
  • Assist with facility and risk management, ensuring a safe work environment
  • Support incident reporting, return-to-work coordination, and WorkSafe compliance
Additional Responsibilities
  • Contribute to team projects and provide administrative support to leadership
  • Assist with audits, internship programs, and compliance-related tasks
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3–5 years' experience in HR and OHS roles, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Solid understanding of Australian workplace law, WorkSafe processes, and safety standards
  • Proven experience in performance management, recruitment, training, and return-to-work programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and capable of working independently and as part of a team
If you’re passionate about building a positive workplace culture and creating safe, compliant, and engaging environments, we’d love to hear from you.
