Our client is a large, multi-site organisation currently undergoing significant growth and transformation. Following the appointment of a new Head of HR, the business is investing heavily in its People function and is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a key operational portfolio.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will partner closely with leaders across a diverse workforce, providing both strategic and operational HR support.
This is a true HR Business Partner position with a strong Employee Relations focus, whilst also providing exposure to broader people initiatives including workforce planning, learning and development, employee engagement and organisational improvement projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing trusted HR advice and coaching to leaders and employees
- Managing complex Employee Relations matters end-to-end
- Supporting performance management and workplace investigations
- Interpreting Awards, legislation and Fair Work requirements
- Driving learning and development initiatives
- Supporting workforce planning and succession planning activities
- Contributing to employee engagement and retention programs
- Partnering with leaders to improve people capability and business outcomes
- Supporting HR projects, systems improvements and process enhancement initiatives
About YouTo be successful, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist position
- Strong Employee Relations and case management capability
- Experience coaching and influencing leaders
- Sound understanding of employment legislation and industrial relations matters
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience working within a multi-site or complex operational environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
- The ability to operate autonomously whilst contributing to a broader HR team
