Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR leadership, advice, and insight to the Managing Director, Executive Team, and Board.
- Develop and deliver modern HR frameworks, policies, and organisational development initiatives.
- Mentor and support leaders—particularly emerging managers—to enhance capability and people management confidence.
- Lead complex ER/IR matters, award interpretation, dispute resolution, and external advisor engagement.
- Strengthen organisational culture, performance, engagement, and workforce planning practices.
- Oversee HR operations, systems improvement, recruitment, onboarding, and annual remuneration processes.
- Drive WHS governance, incident management, and compliance across a broad national network.
- Manage a small high-performing HR team and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- 8–10+ years in senior HR leadership across complex, multi-site or fast-paced environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence performance and workforce outcomes.
- Deep ER/IR expertise with demonstrated experience resolving complex employment matters.
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and national safety practices.
- Proven capability in leadership development and uplifting organisational capability.
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and influential with exceptional communication and stakeholder skills.
- Experience in listed, professional services, healthcare, or similar environments is advantageous.
