About the Role
As the Internal Communications Coordinator, you'll work closely with the CEO and Chief of People to coordinate internal communications across the organisation. This is a varied role that combines administration, stakeholder engagement and communications, making it ideal for someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities and taking ownership of their work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing and coordinating internal communications.
- Supporting the CEO and senior leaders with employee communications.
- Coordinating payroll-related communications and tracking employee enquiries.
- Developing communication templates and standard responses.
- Formatting documents, policies and internal communications.
- Maintaining communication records and documentation.
- Coordinating communication schedules and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Liaising with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure messaging is clear, consistent and accessible.
- Supporting key projects during a busy period of organisational change.

You'll ideally bring:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator, Project Coordinator, Internal Communications Coordinator or similar.
- Exceptional written communication and document formatting skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience handling confidential information.
