Supporting a multi-site workforce during a period of organisational change, you'll play a key role in delivering clear, consistent and engaging internal communications. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help keep employees informed, supported and connected through effective communication and coordination.
The Opportunity
Reporting to senior executives, you will coordinate internal communications across the organisation, with an initial focus on payroll-related communications and employee enquiries.
This 3-month assignment offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and coordinating internal communications
- Preparing executive communications and ensuring consistent messaging
- Coordinating communications across multiple internal channels
- Supporting payroll-related communications and employee enquiries
- Developing communication templates, FAQs and standard responses
- Formatting policies and internal documentation
- Maintaining communication records and schedules
- Working with stakeholders to ensure information is clear and accessible
About You
You'll bring strong communication, coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and produce high-quality written communications.
Experience across the following will be highly regarded:
- Not-for-profit or purpose-driven organisations
- Healthcare, education or community services
- Large, multi-site businesses
- Internal communications or corporate environments
Key capabilities include:
- Experience in Internal Communications, Executive Assistance, Administration or Project Coordination
- Excellent written communication and editing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Experience handling confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
