About the Role:
In this dynamic, fast paced and highly pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts as assigned by the Manager. You will build strong relationships whilst continually looking for new opportunities within these key accounts.
Skills and Experience:
As the ideal candidate and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you will possess the following key attributes:
- At least five years of experience in International Air and/or Sea Freight forwarding sales and customer acquisition.
- Previous experience managing key accounts within the Air and/or Sea Freight sector.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills across all levels.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of Cargowise1 and Dynamics systems preferred.
- Familiarity with operational procedures in the freight forwarding industry.
