We are partnering with a well-established global organisation to recruit an experienced Lead Implementation Consultant to join their high-performing Professional Services & Implementation team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex implementation environments, enjoys leading client-facing delivery, and wants to work with large enterprise HR, Payroll and Time Management solutions.
This is a hands-on, client-focused role where you will take ownership of end-to-end implementations using a proven methodology and a sophisticated enterprise platform (SAP-based). If you have strong payroll/HRIS implementation experience and enjoy leading workshops, solution design and guiding clients through a full transformation lifecycle - this could be the role for you.
About the Role As the Lead Implementation Consultant, you will:
- Lead end-to-end solution implementations using a structured methodology.
- Run blueprinting workshops to capture detailed business requirements.
- Design, document and configure client solutions aligned to best-practice standards.
- Produce key project deliverables including blueprints, specifications, configuration audits and reviews.
- Work closely with Project Managers to track milestones, escalate risks and manage scope.
- Conduct quality assurance checks across solution design and configuration.
- Provide test scripts and support clients through UAT, Parallel Testing and Go-Live.
- Assist with data cleansing, data loads, reconciliation and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Basis, Client Services and Project Management.
- Mentor junior/graduate consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- 2–5+ years’ experience in end-to-end implementation or complex service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, Payroll, Time Management or Cloud HCM systems.
- Experience with SAP ERP / SAP HCM is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience leading implementation streams or projects.
- Understanding of implementation methodologies (e.g., SAP ASAP).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capability.
- Ability to analyse requirements, solve problems and deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field (preferred).
