The Company
This Solar focused Electrical Group is in an exciting period of growth and we are currently looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to join this journey. This company has been built of the back of quality, high end residential installations and is in the process of shifting towards a 100% commercial outlook in the future. There is already a strong pipeline of work and no requirement for you to bring in work on your own accord, however, there are strong incentives if you do. Responsibilities
- End to end management of residential and commercial solar projects
- Lead and develop a team of apprentices across all areas of solar installation
- Drive quality, compliance, and safety standards
- Manage stock, work flow, and weekly schedules (assistance provided)
- Deliver and manage an exceptional customer experience
- Help refine systems and processes as the company expands
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- NSW A-Grade Electrical Licence
- CEC Grid-Connect PV Accreditation (essential)
- Minimum 3+ years of solar installation experience
- Proven experience running jobs independently (ideal)
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
- High standards, strong work ethic, ownership mindset
