Our client, a well-established and highly regarded Australian business is seeking a Marketing Executive to join its collaborative marketing team in Sydney. Operating across multiple brands and channels, this organisation has a strong market presence and a reputation for quality, innovation and customer service within a specialised product-driven industry.
This is a broad and hands-on role suited to a creative and organised marketing professional who enjoys working across campaigns, social media, events, digital content and brand communications in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support the delivery of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, print and event channels while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and creative partners.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across multiple business divisions
• Managing and scheduling social media content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
• Assisting with content creation including copywriting, EDMs, website updates and promotional collateral
• Coordinating marketing assets, creative briefs and supplier relationships to ensure timely campaign delivery
• Supporting event marketing activities including trade shows, launches, industry events and corporate functions
• Assisting with PR activity, media communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives
• Monitoring campaign and social media performance and contributing to reporting and insights
• Maintaining brand consistency across all communications and customer touchpoints
To be successful, you will bring:
• Approximately 2–4 years’ experience within a marketing, communications or digital marketing role
• Experience across social media management, content creation and campaign coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• A proactive and adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Exposure to digital marketing tools, CMS platforms and EDM systems
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar creative platforms
• Event, trade marketing or B2B experience will be highly regarded
