We are seeking a strategic and creative Meta Digital Marketing Manager to drive our brand presence and user acquisition across Meta platforms, leveraging expertise in digital marketing and a deep understanding of the online gaming landscape.

Job Summary
The Meta Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and emerging channels) to boost player engagement, retention, and acquisition for our online gaming products. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, creative storytelling, and hands-on experience in the gaming industry to connect with our target audience and achieve ambitious growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns across Meta platforms to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for online gaming products.

Audience Targeting: Utilize Meta’s advanced targeting tools to segment and reach gaming audiences, including casual, competitive, and esports players, based on demographics, behaviours, and interests.

Content Development: Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives, including video, interactive ads, and immersive formats, tailored to the gaming community.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and third-party analytics tools, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and KPIs (e.g., CPI, CTR, ROAS). Gaming Trends &

Insights: Stay ahead of online gaming trends, player preferences, and platform updates to ensure campaigns resonate with the gaming audience and leverage new Meta features.

Budget Management: Oversee advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize campaign impact and achieve revenue goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, community, and influencer teams to align marketing efforts with game launches, updates, and in-game events.

A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct experiments to test ad formats, messaging, and targeting strategies, iterating based on data-driven results.

Compliance & Brand Safety: Ensure all campaigns adhere to Meta’s advertising policies, gaming industry regulations, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications Experience
5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on Meta platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
Proven track record of managing successful user acquisition and engagement campaigns for gaming products.

Skills
Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
Strong understanding of gaming culture, player motivations, and community dynamics.
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar) to measure campaign success.
Creative mindset with experience collaborating on ad content tailored to gaming audiences.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice-to-Haves
Experience with influencer marketing or esports campaigns.
Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, TikTok, or programmatic).
Knowledge of gaming monetization models (e.g., free-to-play, in-app purchases).
