They are now expanding their presence in Australia and are now seeking a visionary National Account Manager to play a pivotal role in this exciting growth journey.

About the Role

This strategic leadership role is focused on building and executing nationwide sales strategies to drive growth, expand market share, and foster strong customer relationships. You will be at the forefront of overseeing sales within their existing client base that consists of major Food and Beverage manufactures throughout Australia whist continually identifying new opportunities within the Food & Beverage sector. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop the Australian market and lead their sales efforts into its next chapter of success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Identify and pursue new markets, accounts, and revenue opportunities
  • Strengthen and manage key relationships with end users, distributors, and partners
  • Oversee sales budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Deliver detailed monthly and quarterly performance reports with strategic insights
  • Lead the promotion and sales of the full suite of Food & Beverage components and solutions
  • Support customer technical needs in collaboration with internal engineering teams
  • Drive customer satisfaction through targeted strategies and after-sales service
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences
  • Partner with ANZ Sales Leader and cross-functional teams to align marketing, operations, and product strategies
  • Provide market insights to support new product development and commercialization
  • Facilitate workshops and contribute to marketing initiatives
  • Maintain ethical, professional, and customer-focused conduct at all times
Skills and Experience
  • Proven sales experience in the Food & Beverage manufacturing sector, or a related technical industry, i.e. pumps
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Electronics or similar is desirable
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to sell complex solutions
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Skilled in market analysis, sales forecasting, and financial planning
  • Able to work independently while contributing to broader team objectives
  • Strong business acumen and a passion for innovation
