Network Security Engineering Lead

Work as a Network Security Lead taking ownership of enterprise network security, shaping strategy, governance, and architecture that protect critical infrastructure while enabling innovation and business growth.
You’ll be the go-to expert on network security, guiding project design, driving risk management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001 and Essential Eight. This is a senior role where your expertise will directly influence the organisation’s security posture and resilience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the governance, design, and configuration of secure network infrastructure.
• Manage firewall policies, network segmentation, and vulnerability management.
• Drive compliance initiatives and contribute to risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams.
• Stay ahead of emerging threats and ensure proactive security measures are in place.

• Proven experience leading network security in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong technical background in Cisco technologies (routing, switching, ISE, SDA, ACI).
• Hands-on experience with next-gen firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto preferred).
• Expertise in network segmentation and security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
