The Role
Supporting the GM directly, you will act as a true right-hand partner, anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring the smooth running of both the executive function and the wider office.
Key responsibilities include:
- High-level diary and inbox management
- Coordinating meetings, board reporting packs, and stakeholder communications
- Preparing presentations, reports, and documentation
- Managing travel and event logistics
- Acting as a key liaison internally and externally
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations
- Supporting culture initiatives and team engagement activities
- Ensuring the office environment reflects the organisation’s wellbeing focus
You’re an experienced PA/Office Manager who is confident supporting senior leadership and comfortable operating with discretion and initiative.
You may also have experience in office management or operations and enjoy being the “go-to” person who keeps everything running smoothly.
Ideally, you bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in an EA or senior administration role
- Experience supporting C-suite or GM-level executives
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- The ability to manage multiple priorities with calm efficiency
